RESOLUTION 92-722
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR OPPORTUNITY WORKSHOP,
INC. LOCATED AT 10000 -51ST AVENUE NORTH (91049)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Opportunity Workshop, Inc. was approved under an
Administrative Approval Letter dated July 12, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Bond in the amount of $35,102.68; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a $29,727.68
reduction of the Bond which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Opportunity Workshop, Inc. to a new total guarantee of $5,375.
Adopted by the City Council on November 16, 1992.
