RESOLUTION 92- 721
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR TWIN CITY BEEKEEPING SUPPLY, INC. LOCATED
AT 3050 RANCHVIEW LANE NORTH (92096)
WHEREAS, Twin City Beekeeping Supply, Inc. has requested a Conditional Use
Permit for incidental retail sales for property located at 3050 Ranchview Lane
North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Twin City Beekeeping Supply, Inc. for incidental retail sales for property
located at 3050 Ranchview Lane North, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the Twin City Beekeeping Supply, Inc. as operator
of the facility and shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or
related materials.
6. Hours of operation shall be limited to Noon to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday through
Friday; and, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
7. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas chic comply with the
Zoning Ordinance.
8. This Conditional Use Permit is for incidental retail sales for beekeeping
and candlemaking supplies and shall occupy no more than 1,300 square
feet.
