CERTIFYING RESULTS OF CHARTER QUESTION
NOVEMBER 3, 1992
WHEREAS, a proposed charter question appeared on the November 3, 1992, General
Election ballot; and
WHEREAS, a governing body is required to meet to certify the results of a local
question within two days after the election; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the results by precinct of the charter
question.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby certifies the
following results for the City of Plymouth question "Shall the Proposed New Charter
Be Adopted?":

No 7,775
Overvotes 6
Undervotes 9,582
Adopted by the City Council on November 4, 1992.
