AUTHORIZING PAYMENT AS SETTLEMENT FOR
DAMAGED AUTOMOBILE
WHEREAS, the City Council previously executed an agreement whereby the title of
the 1991 Chrysler Imperial was to be transferred to James G. Willis; and
WHEREAS, prior to such transfer, the vehicle was damaged irreparably; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fulfill its obligations in this matter.
NOW, TFIEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,
authorize the payment of $12,000 to James G. Willis as complete reimbursement for
the value of the automobile set forth above.
