DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS
MEDINA ROAD - STREET AND UTILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 010
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed that certain parcels of
home-;teaded land shall have proposed assessments deferred;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following parcels shall be deferred for
the assessment that applies to the frontage exceeding 165 feet in the
manner as stated for a period not to exceed five (5) years, with interest
accruing on the special assessment, provided, however, that if the
property is sold, not used by the owner for his homestead, further
subdivided during that five year period, the deferred assessment shall
become payable in full.
