RESOLUTION NO. 92-706
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 3 - PARKERS LAKE NORTH 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage and utility easements; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for November 2,
1992 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of November 2, 1992; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on November 2, 1992 to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of certain drainage and utility
easements within Lots 3 and 4, Block 3, Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY 1HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
The drainage and utility easement over, under, and across the southerly 5.00
feet of Lot 3, Block 3, Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as donated and dedicated by said Parkers Lake
North 3rd Addition, except the easterly 5.00 feet and the westerly 5.00 feet
of said southerly 5.00 feet.
and
The drainage and utility easement over, under, and across the southerly 5.00
feet of Lot 4, Block 3, Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as donated and dedicated by said Parkers Lake
North 3rd Addition, except the easterly 5.00 feet and the westerly 5.00 feet
of said southerly 5.00 feet.
