APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR OPUS CORPORATION FOR BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK
LOCATED NORTHWEST OF COUNTY ROAD 10 AND TRENTON LANE NORTH (92100)
WHEREAS, OPUS Corporation has requested approval for a lot division for the
creation of 2 parcels of 2.76 acres and 8.50 acres in Bass Creek Business Park
located northwest of county Road 10 and Trenton Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division
for OPUS Corporation for Bass Creek Business Park located northwest of County
Road 10 and Trenton Lane North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Lot 2, Block 2, Bass Creek Business Park Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
To be divided as follows:
PARCEL A
Lot 2, Block 2, Bass Creek Business Park Addition, except the southerly
165.00 feet thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
The southerly 165.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Bass Creek Business Park
Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on November 2, 1992.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution
adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on November 2, 1992, with

transcription thereof.
