RESOLUTION NO. 92-700
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOTS 6 AND 7. BLOCK 3
SEVEN PONDS EAST ADDITION (92098)
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851. Deborah & Bradley Yopp and Ronald
Wilmot have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following
drainage and utility easements:
The utility and drainage easement 6.00 feet on each side of
the lot line common to Lot 6 and Lot 7. Block 3, Seven Ponds
East according to the recorded plat thereof Hennepin County.
Minnesota, except the northwesterly 10 feet and the
southeasterly 10 feet of said Lots 6 and 7.
AND. WHEREAS. the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
sane to be in order;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of December 7, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
Center. 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
