RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
NORTH CENTRAL TRUNK SEWER - PHASE II
CITY PROJECT NO. 015
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of North Central
Trunk Sewer - Phase II, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and
the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
Barbarossa & Sons
S.J. Louis Const.
Northdale Const.
Shafer Contr. Co.
S.M. Hentges
Richard Knutson, Inc.

WHEREAS. it appears that Barbaross and Sons of Maple Grove, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Barbarossa and Sons of Maple Grove. MN
in the name of the City of Plymouth for North Central Trunk Sewer -
Phase II according to the plans and specifications therefore approved
by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the
amount of the lar bid of $313.610.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.
