RESOLUTION NO. 92-680
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES
MEDINA ROAD
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 010
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-630 of the City Council adopted the 5th day of
October, 1992, fixed a date for a public hearing to include additional
properties which will receive benefit with respect to the improvements to
Medina Road from County Road 24 to Brockton Lane; and
WHEREAS. the proposed project includes the installation of a 36 to 52 foot
wide 9 ton roadway with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary
sewer, and watermain on Medina Road and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held
thereon the 26th day of October, 1992, at which time all persons desiring
to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
l.Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted October 5, 1992.
