APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
KAYO OIL COMPANY, D/B/A CONOCO,
12650 COUNTY ROAD 10
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 liquor license from
Kayo Oil Company, d/b/a Conoco, 12650 County Road 10; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates.
NOW TORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an off -sale 3.2 liquor license is hereby approved for Kayo Oil Company, d/b/a
Conoco, 12650 County Road 10, for the period October 27, 1992, through June 30,
1993.
Approved by the City Council on October 26, 1992.
