RESOLUTION NO. 92{670
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
26TH AVENUE NORTH AND BLACK OAKS LANE
WHEREAS. pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 26, 1992,
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of 26th Avenue North and Black Oaks Lane by the installation
of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by
the Council on October 26, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners of real property abutting 26th
Avenue North and Black Oaks Lane named as the location
of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted October 26, 1992. The
petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer
for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work
which will be done by the Northern States Power Company.
