RESOLUTION NO. 92-664
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
PLYMOUTH POINTE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 26, 1992,
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of Plymouth Pointe Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on
October 26, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CI'.Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners of real property within the plat
named as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted October 26, 1992. The
petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer
for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work
which will be done by the Wright -Hennepin Cooperative
Electric Association.
