RESOLUTON NO. 92- 658
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM P.I.R. FUND TO STREET
RECONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, the Street Reconstruction program is necessary to insure that
Plymouth's streets are in good repair; and
WHEREAS, additional funding is needed to finance these improvements; and
WHEREAS, the PIR Fund has funds available to assist with financing these
street improvements; and
WHEREAS, street reconstruction improvements would be a viable use of these
funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to transfer
$2,000,000 from the PIR Fund (4404) to the Street Reconstruction Fund (1)212).
Adopted by the City Council on October 26, 1992.
