RESOLUTION NO. 92-640
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO BARBER CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE 1991 TRAIL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer, Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, has recommended
final payment be made to Barber Construction in the amount of $25,392.51 for City
Project No. 112; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation concurs with this recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Finance Director is
authorized to make final payment on Project No. 112 in the amount of $25,392.51 to
Barber Construction Company, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on October 5, 1992.
