RESOLUTION NO. 92-637
APPROVING THE LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR
SERVICES, INC., LOCAL 18,
JANUARY 1, 1992 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1994
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor
Services, Inc., representing Plymouth police officers and investigators, have met to
negotiate a labor contract in accordance with the Public Employee Labor Relations
Law; and
WHEREAS, the Acting City Manager has reported in his October 1, 1992
memorandum that an agreement has been reached for the period of January 1, 1992
through December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve
the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor
Services, Inc., Local 18, for the period of January 1, 1992 through December 31,
1994; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and Acting City Manager are authorized to execute the
agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on October 5, 1992.
