CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
MEDINA ROAD STREET AND UTILITIES
ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 010
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1990 Capital Improvements program
proposed street and utility improvements on Medina Road from County Road 24 to
Brockton Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report for the improvements of Medina
Road was received by the Council on August 6, 1990; and
WHEREAS, a public improvement hearing was held on October 1, 1990 for
consideration of the proposed project and the improvements were ordered; and
WHEREAS, additional properties have been identified which would receive benefit
from the Medina Road Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such areas in accordance with the
report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$2,447,600.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 26th day of
October, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
