RESOLUTION NO. 92-626
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 3 AND
A PORTION OF OUTLOT A
PARKERS LAKE NORTH 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant. to M.S.A. 412.851, Keith E. Dahl of BRW on behalf of
Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake has petitioned the City Council for the
vacation of the following drainage and utility easements:
That part of Outlot A, Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
Office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, which lies northerly of a line parallel with and
distant 8.00 feet southerly from the southerly line of Lot 3,
Block 3, said Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition and which lies
between the southerly extensions of the easterly and westerly
lines of said Lot 3.
and
The drainage and utility easement over, under, and across the
southerly 5.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 3, Parkers Lake North 3rd
Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as donated and dedicated by said Parkers Lake
North 3rd Addition, except the easterly 5.00 feet and the
westerly 5.00 feet of said southerly 5.00 feet.
and
The drainage and utility easement over, under, and across the
southerly 5.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 3, Parkers Lake North 3rd
Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as donated and dedicated by said Parkers Lake
North 3rd Addition, except the easterly 5.00 feet and the
westerly 5.00 feet of said southerly 5.00 feet.
and
That part of Outlot A, Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, which lies northerly of a line parallel with and
distant 8.00 feet southerly from the southerly line of Lot 4,
Block 4, said Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition and which lies
between the southerly extensions of the easterly and westerly
lines of said Lot 4.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should,
of November 2, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. in
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as
hearing of said petition and directs
notice of said hearing as provided by
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
and hereby does, establish the date
the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
the time and place for the public
the administrative staff to publish
law.
