RESOLUTION NO. 92-625
APPROVING FILLING WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN
FOR PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER 6TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the developers of Plymouth Business Center 6th Addition propose to
fill wetlands for lot construction purposes; and
WHEREAS, there are no reasonable alternatives for constructing the lots; and
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands at a 1:12 to
1 ratio which is greater than required by the Wetland Conservation Act of
1991; and
WHEREAS, the Mitigation Plan meets the requirements of the wetland act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Finding of
Facts, approving the filling of wetlands and the Mitigation Plan for wetland
restoration in Plymouth Business Center 6th Addition.
