RESOLUTION NO. 92- 618
AGREEMENT FOR JOINT USAGE
SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FACILITIES
CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND CITY OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth requested that the City of Medina allow the
VFW located within the City of Plymouth to connect to the Medina sewer
and water system; and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina gave their concurrence with this request but
also stated it was conditioned upon 19 single family properties within
the City of Medina being permitted to connect to the Plymouth sanitary
sewer system in the future; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared incorporating the terms and
conditions as established by each City Council; and
WHEREAS, the agreement is recommended for approval by the Plymouth City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and Acting City Manager are
authorized to execute the agreement for joint usage of sanitary sewer and
water facilities on behalf of the City of Plymouth.
