RESOLUTION NO. 92-615
ESTABLISHING PUBLIC HEARING
FINAL LAYOUT
SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
HIGHWAY 55 FROM FERNBROOK LANE TO 18TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has completed
the final layout for the proposed safety improvements along Highway 55
between Fernbrook Lane and 18th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously given approval to the
Preliminary Concept Plan; and
WHEREAS, MnDOT is requesting the City Council to approve the final layout
before proceeding with design plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, MnDOT is also requesting a public hearing be held to provide
opportunity for comments on the proposed plan before the City Council
takes action on approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That a public hearing is established for November
2, 1992 on the MnDOT final layout for safety improvements along Highway
55 from Fernbrook Lane to 18th Avenue.
