RESOLUTION NO. 92-609
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
CITY CENTER EXPANSION PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING
CITY PROJECT NO. 017
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared for the Public Safety Building
expansion providing for the following:
Complete or modify changes as indicated in the architect's instructions or in
construction changes; and
WHEREAS, these changes will improve the operational effectiveness of the building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 4 for the City
Center Expansion Public Safety Building; City Project No. 017 is approved in the
amount of $12,662.
Original contract sum $2,873,400
Net change previously authorized change orders 7,665
Contract sum will be increased by this change
order in the amount of 12,622
New contract sum including this change order will be 2,893,687
Adopted by the City Council on October 5, 1992.
