SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON OFF -SALE 3.2
LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION OF KAYO OIL COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 liquor license
from Kayo Oil Company for 12650 County Road 10; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is required for the
issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00 p.m. on October 26,
1992, to consider the application of Kayo Oil Company, for an off -sale 3.2 liquor
license at 12650 County Road 10.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on October 5, 1992.
