RESOLUTION 92-602
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE PRESERVATION FOR
SHERWOOD PERL FOR PARKERS WOODS LOCATED NORTHEAST OF KINGSVIEW LANE AND THE
LUCE LINE TRAIL (91037)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Parkers Woods by Resolution 92-342; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $9,500
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial
guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Certificate of Deposit for Tree Preservation for Parkers Woods in the
amount of $9,500.
