RESOLUTION 92-601
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR WILLOW CREEK PARTNERS I
AND II FOR THE WILLOW CREEK APARTMENTS LOCATED AT 135 AND 235 NATHAN LANE
NORTH (90073)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Willow Creek Partners I and II for remodeling of
Willow Creek Apartments was administratively approved on September 5, 1990;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a cash deposit in the amount of $142,400; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 90-115, authorized a reduction in
the cash deposit to $51,600; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 91-606, authorized a reduction in
the cash deposit to $10,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the the cash deposit in the amount of $10, 500, which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for the Willow Creek Apartments.
Adopted by the City Council on October 5, 1992.
