RESOLUTION 92-598
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION
FOR GEORGE HENSERSKY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN CARLSON CENTER 6TH ADDITION AT
225 ZINNIA LANE NORTH (92088)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for George Hensersky for
property located in Carlson Center 6th Addition at 225 Zinnia Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing with
Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on October 5, 1992.
