APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR GEORGE HENSERSKY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 225 ZINNIA
LANE NORTH (92088)
WHEREAS, George Hensersky has requested approval for a lot division for the
creation of 2 lots in the Carlson Center 6th Addition located at 225 Zinnia
Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division
for George Hensersky for property located in the Carlson Center 6th Addition
at 225 Zinnia Lane North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Lot 10, Block 1, Carlson 6th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
That part of Lot 10, Block 1, Carlson's 6th Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota which lies westerly of
the following described line: Commencing at the northwest corner of said
Lot 10; thence on an assumed bearing of north 89 degrees 11 minutes 29
seconds east along the north line of said Lot 10 a distance of 57.19 feet
to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence south 00
degrees 40 minutes 21 seconds east a distance of 86.00 feet; thence south
21 degrees 50 minutes 23 seconds east a distance of 67.50 feet to the
south line of said Lot 10 and there terminating.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 10, Block 1, Carlson's 6th Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota which lies easterly of
the following described line: Commencing at the northwest corner of said
Lot 10; thence on an assumed bearing of north 89 degrees 11 minutes 29
seconds east along the north line of said Lot 10 a distance of 57.19 feet
to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence south 00
degrees 40 minutes 21 seconds east a distance of 86.00 feet; thence south
21 degrees 50 minutes 23 seconds east a distance of 67.50 feet to the
south line of said Lot 10 and there terminating.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
