HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-592CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92-59-2 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT AND ZONING ORDINANCE VARIANCE FOR A.J. POPPELAARS FOR PONDEROSA WOODS 2ND ADDITION (92076) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Ponderosa Woods 2nd Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of recording of the Final Plat. 3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 4. Compiiance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 5. Minimum yard setbacks shall be 35 feet for the front yard, 15 feet for the side yards and 25 feet for the rear yard except as otherwise approved herein. 6. Approved variances are: A 10 foot side yard setback from the westerly lot line of Lot 1 and a 10 foot side yard setback from the easterly lot line of Lot 4. 7. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 8. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 9. The Development Contract as approved by the City Council shall be fully executed prior to release of the Final Plat. Adopted by the City Council on October 5, 1992. (res/cc/92076.sc)
