HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-584CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92-584 APPROVING AMENDED PUD PRELIMINARY PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LAUKKA- WILLIAMS PARKERS LAKE FOR PARKERS LAKE NORTH ADDITION LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF 18TH AVENUE NORTH AND TERRACEVIEW LANE NORTH (92071) WHEREAS, Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake has requested approval for an Amended PUD Preliminary Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Parkers Lake North Addition located southeast of the intersection of 18th Avenue North and Terraceview Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake for an Amended PUD Preliminary Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Parkers Lake North Addition located southeast of the intersection of 18th Avenue North and Terraceview Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Landscape Plan is amended to provide for passive open space as shown on Sheet 4 of 6 of the plans dated Ausust 31, 1992, in lieu of active tot lots in Outlots B and C of Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition. Maintenance of the outlots shall be provided by the Homeowners Association. 2. Proposed fencing shall be in compliance with the PUD Preliminary Plan dated August 31, 1992. 3. A reduction of Outlot A by 4,500 square feet by a reduction in its width from 20 feet to 10 feet adjacent to the plat of Parkers Lake North 8th Addition is hereby approved. 4. The PUD Plan Amendments are found to comply with the PUD criteria. 5. No other amendments or variances are granted or implied. Adopted by the City Council on October 5, 1992. (res/pc/92071.pp)
