HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-582CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92-582 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR LAUKKA-WILLIAMS PARKERS LAKE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF 18TH AVENUE NORTH AND TERRACEVIEW LANE NORTH (92071) WHEREAS, Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake has requested approval for a lot consolidation for Parkers Lake North 8th Addition for the creation of 1 lot located southeast of the intersection of 18th Avenue North and Terraceview Lane North; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot consolidation for Laukka-Williams Parkers Lake for Parkers Lake North 8th Addition located southeast of the intersection of 18th Avenue North and Terraceview Lane North. EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS PARCEL A Outlot A, Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition, except that part which lies easterly of the southerly extension of the most easterly line of Lot 10, Block 3, said Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition, and which lies southerly of the easterly extension of the southerly line of Lot 18, Block 4, said Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. PARCEL B Outlot A and Outlot D, Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. To be consolidated as follows: Outlot A, Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition, except that part which lies easterly of the southerly extension of the most easterly line of Lot 10, Block 3, said Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition, and which lies southerly of the easterly extension of the southerly line of Lot 18, Block 4, said Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition. And those parts of said Outlot A and Outlot D of said Parkers Lake North 3rd Addition described as follows: Resolution No. 92-581 Page Two, File 92071 Beginning at the intersection of the easterly extension of said southerly line of Lot 18 and the easterly line of said Outlot A; thence south 19 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west along said easterly line for 118.28 feet; thence south 09 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds east for 460.00 feet along said easterly line to a southerly line of said Outlot A; thence south 73 degrees 57 minutes 58 seconds west along said southerly line for 262.48 feet; thence north 16 degrees 02 minutes 02 seconds west for 10.00 feet; thence north 73 degrees 57 minutes 58 seconds east for 180.75 feet; thence north 09 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds west for 410.38 feet; thence north 04 degrees 40 minutes 18 seconds east for 50.27 feet; thence south 88 degrees 45 minutes 22 seconds west for 95.76 feet; thence northwesterly for 15.25 feet along a non-tangential curve concave to the southwest radius 50.00 feet and central angle 17 degrees 28 minutes 38 seconds, the chord of said curve bears north 10 degrees 22 minutes 43 seconds west; thence north 88 degrees 45 minutes 22 seconds east for 103.71 feet; thence north 19 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west for 53.29 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 18; thence north 88 degrees 45 minutes 27 seconds east along said easterly extension of the southerly line of Lot 18 for 21.31 feet to the point of beginning, Hennepin County, Minnesota. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation is approved by Hennepin County.
