RESOLUTION 92-558
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR DAVEY TREE EXPERT
LOCATED AT 2500 FERNBROOK LANE NORTH (90101)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Davey Tree Expert Company was approved under City
Council Resolution 90-774; and,
WHEREAS, Site Plan Amendments were approved by Administrative Approval Letters
dated April 23, 1991 and May 30, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $82,499; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 92-8, authorized the reduction of
the Letter of Credit to $4,139; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Letter of Credit in the amount of $4,139, which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Davey Tree Expert Company.
Adopted by the City Council on September 21, 1992.
