RESOLUTION 92-557
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT OF WOOD POINTE ESTATES (88044)
WHEREAS, Schoell and Madsen, Inc. have requested an amendment to the
Development Contract for the subdivision plat "Wood Pointe Estates" regarding
access to Sunset Trail from specific lots; and,
WHEREAS the City Engineer has reviewed the request based on standards for
sight distance as published by the Minnesota Department of Transportation, and
recommends approval of the Development Contract modification with regard to
such access.
NOW THEREFORE BE HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve an amendment to the
Development Contract for "Wood Pointe Estates" to modify Section 14.7 of the
contract to read as follows:
14.7 Private driveway access shall be limited to internal public roads and
shall be restricted to Sunset Trail, except for the common driveway
access serving Lots 1 and 2 at the common property line; and, access to
Lot 14 near either the east or west lot lines.
Adopted by the City Council on September 21, 1992.
