RESOLUTION 92- 554
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR ST. PAUL PROPERTIES, INC. FOR NEBCO-
EVANS LOCATED EAST OF BERKSHIRE LANE AND NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 (92086)
WHEREAS, St. Paul Properties, Inc. has requested approval for a lot
division/consolidation for the creation of 2 lots located east of Berkshire
Lane and North of County Road 9;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
division/consolidation for St. Paul Properties, Inc. for property located east
of Berkshire Lane and North of County Road 9.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARCEL A
Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Business Center 6th Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
PARCEL B
Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Business Center 6th Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
Lot 1 and that part of Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Business Center 6th
Addition lying easterly and northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Lot 2, thence
southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 2 and it
southeasterly extension to the south line of the north 5 feet of said Lot
2; thence easterly along said south line to the east line of said Lot 2
and there said line terminates, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Business Center 6th Addition except that part
lying easterly and northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Lot 2, thence
southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 2 and it
southeasterly extension to the south line of the north 5 feet of said Lot
2; thence easterly along said south line to the east line of said Lot 2
and there said line terminates, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on September 21, 1992.
