APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR WESLEY HANSON FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 319
BALSAM LANE NORTH (92079)
WHEREAS, Wesley Hanson has requested approval for a lot consolidation for the
creation of 1 lot located at 319 Balsam Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
consolidation for Wesley Hanson for property located at 319 Balsam Lane North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARCEL A
The north 1/2 of Lot 33, Block 3, Shortline Acres, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.

The north 25 feet of the south 1/2 of Lot 33, Block 3, Shortline Acres,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be consolidated as follows:
The north 1/2 of Lot 33, and the north 25 feet of the south 1/2 of Lot
33, Block 3, Shortline Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on September 21, 1992.
