RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
XENIUM LANE - 38TH AVENUE TO NORTHWEST BOULEVARD
STREET AND UTILITY
CITY PROJECT NO. 214
WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for the
Xenium Lane Street and Utility Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report was prepared by Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, and presented to the City Council at
their September 14, 1992 Council meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The report is received and placed on file.
2. The staff is directed to obtain an appraisal on the
acquisition of the right-of-way for the project as
defined in the report.
