RESOLUTION 92-545
DENYING MPUD FINAL SITE PLAN FOR WILLIAM C. RADEMACHER FOR A LIQUOR STORE,
SHOPPING CENTER, AND CONVENIENCE STORE/GAS STATION AND A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR THE GAS STATION LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 36TH AVENUE
NORTH AND VICKSBURG LANE NORTH (92068)
WHEREAS, William C. Rademacher has requested approval for a MPUD Final Site
Plan a liquor store, shopping center, and convenience store/gas station and
Conditional Use Permit for the gas station for property located at the
northeast corner of 36th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request by
William C. Rademacher for a MPUD Final Site Plan for a liquor store, shopping
center, and convenience store/gas station and a Conditional Use Permit for the
gas station for property located at the northeast corner of 36th Avenue North
and Vicksburg Lane North, based on the following findings:
1. The PUD Final Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit proposed are
inconsistent with the existing PUD Preliminary Plan and Conditional Use
Permit for the site, based on the uses proposed.
Adopted by the City Council on September 14, 1992.
