RESOLUTION NO. 92-534
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF WAGNER AVENUE WITHIN
MEDICINE LAKE PARK THIRD DIVISION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Donald Rud has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of a portion of Wagner Avenue within Medicine
Lake Park Third Division, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
That portion of Wagner Avenue from the south right of way
line of Quaker Lane to the northerly right of way line of
Medicine Ridge Road according to the recorded plat thereof.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should,
of October 5, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. in
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as
hearing of said petition and directs
notice of said hearing as provided by
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
and hereby does. establish the date
the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
the time and place for the public
the administrative staff to publish
law.
