RESOLUTION NO. 92-531
APPROVING FILLING WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN
FOR THE HARSTAD/FORBRAGD PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the developers of the Harstad/Forbragd property propose to fill
wetlands for roadway and lot construction purposes; and
WHEREAS, there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of the
public roadways and construction lots; and
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands at a 1 to
1 ratio which meet the requirements of the Wetland Conservation act of
1991; and
WHEREAS, the Mitigation Plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Finding
of Facts, approving the filling of wetlands and the Mitigation Plan for
wetland restoration in the Harstad/Forbragd property.
