APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES, INC. FOR "SEVEN PONDS FIFTH
ADDITION" LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MEDINA ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD 24
(92080) (MPUD 91-1)
WHEREAS, Hans Hagen Homes, Inc. has requested approval of the MPUD Final Plat
for "Seven Ponds Fifth Addition" located at the southwest corner of Medina
Road and County Road 24; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the MPUD Final
Plat for Hans Hagen Homes, Inc. for "Seven Ponds Fifth Addition" located at
the southwest corner of Medina Road and County Road 24.
Adopted by the City Council on September 14, 1992.
