(92062) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval for a lot division/consolidation for the creation of three parcels located at the southeast corner of 47th Avenue North and Northwest Boulevard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division/consolidation for The City of Plymouth for three parcels for property located at the southeast corner of 47th Avenue North and Northwest Boulevard. EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS PARCEL A PIN 10-118-22-41-0011 owned by the Minneapolis Laestadian Lutheran Congregation - That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 466, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying west of a line drawn from a point on the north line of said Tract B distant 397.56 feet west of the northeast corner thereof to a point on the northerly line of Tract A, said Registered Land Survey No. 466 distant 109.46 feet easterly, measured along said northerly line of said Tract A from the most easterly corner of Tract C, in said Registered Land Survey No. 466. PARCEL B PIN 10-118-22-41-0008 owned by Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Alajoki - Tract G, except the east 180 feet thereof, said 180 feet being measured at right angles to the east line of said Tract G, Registered Land Survey No. 466, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. PARCEL C 47th Avenue North - Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 466, files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, except that part thereof embraced within Lot 11, Block 2, Tammie Middlemist Addition PARCEL D PIN 10-118-22-44-0115 - Outlot A, West Medicine Lake Terrace 2nd Addition according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County subject to utility and drainage easements as shown on plat. 0 Resolution No. 92-526 To be divided and consolidated as follows: PARCEL A That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 466, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying west of a line drawn from a point on the north line of said Tract B distant 397.56 feet west of the northeast corner thereof to a point on the northerly line of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 466 distant 109.46 feet easterly, measured along said northerly line of said Tract A from the most easterly corner of Tract C, in said Registered Land Survey No. 466, except that part thereof lying southerly of the permanent easement for street and utility purposes as described in Document No. 1751926 on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. PARCEL B Tract G, except the east 180 feet thereof, said 180 feet being measured at right angles to the east line of said Tract G, Registered Land Survey No. 466, files of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. and Outlot A, West Medicine Lake Terrace 2nd Addition, according the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of Registrar of Titles in and for said County. Subject to utility and drainage easements as shown on plat; and That part of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 466, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying southerly of the south right-of-way line of 47th Avenue North as described in Document No. 1751926 on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the west 50 feet thereof. and That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 466, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying southerly of the permanent easement for street and utility purposed as described in Document No. 1751926 on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. PARCEL C Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 466, files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, except that part thereof embraced within Lot 11, Block 2, Tammie Middlemist Addition and except that part thereof lying southerly of the south right-of-way line of 47th Avenue North as described in Document No. 1751926 on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County, except the west 50 feet thereof. Resolution No. 92-S2E The above action would begin with five parcels. Parts of Parcel No. A and Parcel No. C would be split off and combined with Parcel No. B. The entire Parcel No. D would also be combined with Parcel No. B leaving three new parcels. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation is approved by Hennepin County.
