RESOLUTION NO. 92-523
ADOPTING PROPOSED 1993 BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared preliminary proposed 1993 budgets for
fiscal year commencing January 1, 1993 based upon the requirements of the
State Tax Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the preliminary 1993 proposed operating budgets for
the following funds are hereby preliminary approved:
General Fund Budget $12,161,300
Recreation Fund Budget 651,500
Water Fund Budget 2,544,000
Sewer Fund Budget 4,502,700
Solid Waste Fund Budget 583,100
Central Equipment Fund Budget 11697,200
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, (i) that the City Council concurs on the 1993 Plymouth
Housing and Redevelopment Authority budgets in the amount of $1,140,830, (ii)
that this proposed operating budget resolution and the accompanying proposed
tax levies contained in Resolution No. 92-522 are being submitted by the City
in accordance with Minnesota statutes, and other applicable law in effect on
this date; (iii) that the Resolutions represent a good faith effort by the
City to substantially comply with applicable law; and (iv) that the City
Council declares its intent to take all necessary actions legally permissible
to conform with the laws, rulings, and regulations now or hereafter applicable
to the submission and approval of the City's budget and tax levies both
proposed and final.
