RESOLUTION NO. 92-521
DIRECTING CITY ATTORNEY TO REVIEW STATE AUDITOR'S
FINDINGS AND PREPARE A WRITTEN RESPONSE
WHEREAS, the State Auditor has issued written findings with respect to the contract
and severance agreement between the Plymouth City Council and former City Manager
James G. Willis; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct
the City Attorney to review the State Auditor's findings and prepare an appropriate
written response for City Council review.
Adopted by the City Council on August 31, 1992.
