CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 92-519
DIRECTING THAT THE QUESTION OF A PROPOSED
CITY CHARTER BE ADDED TO THE NOVEMBER 3 GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Minnesota State Statute 410.10, the City Clerk has
received on August 21, a city charter executed and approved by the Plymouth Charter
Commission; and
WHEREAS, under Minnesota State Statute Section 410.10, the City Council "shall
cause the proposed charter to be submitted at the next general election occurring after
delivery of such draft; and
WHEREAS, a general election is scheduled for November 3, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct
that the proposed charter question be included on the ballot in the November 3, 1992
general election in accordance with Minnesota Statute 410.
Adopted by the City Council on August 31, 1992.
