RESOLUTION NO. 92-517
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL
POND BC -P1 OUTLET IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 016
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Northdale Construction Company,
Inc. as contractor, have entered into an agreement for Pond BC -P1, Outlet
Improvements, City Project No. 016, said agreement being dated June 6,
1991; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified acceptance of the work and approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $76,872.70. One
change order was approved decreasing the contract amount
by $4,479 and the value of the work to date is
$75,623.54 and is herewith approved. This project
overran the revised contract amount by $3,229.84 or
4.5x.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for Pond BC-
P., Outlet Improvements and certified to the Council by
the engineer as acceptable, being the same, is hereby
released from the contract except as to the conditions
of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work
after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 and Final in the amount of
$6,853.48 to Northdale Construction Company, Inc. for
Pond BC -P1, Outlet Improvements is hereby approved and
the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
