CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 92-514
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 101 AND 14TH AVENUE
CITY PROJECT NO. 104
WHEREAS, traffic signals are warranted at the intersection of County Road
101 and 14th Avenue and Hennepin County has prepared plans and
specifications for the installation of a traffic signal system; and
WHEREAS, agreement for participation in the construction and operation of
traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway 101 and 14th
Avenue, Hennepin County Project No. 9123, Agreement No. PW 30-17-92 has
been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said Agreement in all things
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
sign Agreement No. PW 30-17-92, Hennepin County Project No. 9123. City
Project No. 104.
FURTHER, That $53,000 to fund the project is authorized from the City's
Minnesota State Aid Fund Account (402-402) and the Finance Director shall
transfer to the Construction Fund (401-401).
