RESOLUTION NO. 92-513
APPROVING FILLING WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN
FOR THE DEZIEL/TOMBERS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the developers of the Deziel/Tombers property propose to fill
wetlands for roadway and lot construction purposes; and
WHEREAS, there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of the public
roadways and construction of six lots; and
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands at a 1.5 to 1
ratio which is greater than required by the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991;
and
WHEREAS, the Mitigation Plan meets the requirements of the Wetland act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Finding of
Facts, approving the filling of wetlands and the Mitigation Plan for wetland
restoration in the Deziel/Tombers property.
Adopted by the City Council on August 31, 1992
