RESOLUTION NO. 92-488
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
STORM SEWER OUTLET STRUCTURE 53RD AVENUE AND
LARCH HEIGHTS LAGOON
CITY PROJECT NO. 220
WHEREAS, it is necessary to stabilize the eroding banks downstream of the
storm sewer outlet into the Larch Heights Lagoon at 53rd Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. giving alternatives for an outlet
structure;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
-PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
Inc. is directed to prepare the plans and specifications for the outlet
structure in accordance with their report of July 30, 1992.
FURTHER, that funding in the amount of $70,000 is provided from the
Shingle Creek Storm Water District Fund (217-217).
