RESOLUTION NO. 92-483
FORD ROAD AND SHELARD PARKWAY INTERSECTION/TRAFFIC SIGNAL
M.S.A. PROJECT NO. 155-177-01
CITY PROJECT NO. 108
WHEREAS, agreement for participation in the project cost and maintenance
of Ford Road and Shelard Parkway intersection, City Project No. 108, has
been prepared by the City of St. Louis Park and presented to the City;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
the agreement for City Project No. 108 between the City
of Plymouth and the City of St. Louis Park.
2. The funding for the project is part of the approved
funding for City Project No. 108.
