RESOLUTION 92-478
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
FOR HOOPS TRANSFER
WHEREAS, Hoops Transfer currently hauls recyclable office paper from the City of
Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, this is the only customer Hoops has within the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, Hoops Transfer has submitted an application for a garbage hauler license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that a garbage hauler license is approved for Hoops Transfer for the period August 17,
1992, through March 31, 1993; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the license fee and bond requirements are hereby
waived with the condition that this license is only issued for the City of Plymouth
premises. If Hoops Transfer intends to do other hauling in the City, Hoops must apply
for a garbage hauler license and comply with the required license fee and bond.
Adopted by the City Council on August 17, 1992.
