RECEIVE RECOMMENDATION
OP.DER PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
1993 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 301
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson,
Inc., has prepared a recommendation for the 1993 Street Reconstruction
Program; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake an Engineering Preliminary Report
to determine the work required on each street in the areas recommended
for the 1993 Street Reconstruction Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. be
designated as the consulting engineer for the improvements and that they
are instructed to prepare a preliminary Engineering Report with all
convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
